To register and begin the process of opening an account with NutriPATH Integrative Pathology, please complete the online application form.

Once your details have been received and approved by a NutriPATH representative, a starter pack will be dispatched to you which will include your personalised request forms, a test menu and other flyer information which will assist you in using our pathology services. Training is also available upon request once you are a registered and active NutriPATH practitioner.

This booking page is only for clients that have a NutriPATH collection Kit and is used for ALCAT.

NutriPATH requires a booking notification for ALCAT Blood collections to be made before 10:00AM EST. It is advisable that you do not request collections on a Friday as this may affect transit times (ALCAT must not be collected on Thursday). Once you have submitted your requested collection date and time, a NutriPATH representative will be in contact with you with your confirmation booking number and consignment note.

Please note: The collection address provided is the address that the samples will be collected from.

Due to the sensitivity of your blood sample collection, we will also be organizing a TNT courier to come to your address on the same day of blood collection.

Please note: Your sample will be picked up between 12pm and 5pm on the booked date. Please ensure someone is available at the specified adress during this time to ensure your speciment is collected. NutriPATH is unable to book specific times or provide an ETA for couriers.

Please select carefully when making your bookings online. Once a booking has been made and confirmed by NutriPATH and there is a need to cancel/reschedule a $65.00 booking fee will apply.

NutriPATH requires a minimum 3 Business Days booking notification for dry ice time-sensitive collections. It is advisable that you do not request collections on a Friday as this may affect transit times. Once you have submitted your requested collection date, a NutriPATH representative will be in contact with you with your confirmation booking number and consignment note. Dry Ice collections should be couriered on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

We will be unable to provide you with a booking window. Once you receive your booking confirmation you may contact our carrier to receive a pick-up window.

NutriPATH requires a booking notification for ALCAT Blood collections to be made before 10:00AM EST. It is advisable that you do not request collections on a Friday as this may affect transit times . Once you have submitted your requested collection date and time, a NutriPATH representative will be in contact with you with your confirmation booking number and consignment note.

We will generally respond to your request within 4-6 hours during our operating hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (AEST)

Note: Test kits can only be ordered if you have an existing referral. If you require a referral please speak to your practitioner or use this form for assistance in finding a suitable practitioner in your area.
