Can I request a refund of my collection kit?
As NutriPATH begins processing tests immediately upon arrival, refunds can only be provided if your test kit has not been received by reception.
If the test kit has not been returned, and you placed your order less than 12 months ago, you can apply for a refund here. Please note that only prepaid test kits are eligible for for a refund.
All refunds are subject to a fee of $50.00.
