What are the minimum requirements for labelling of my specimens?

The information contained on the specimen collection vials must be identical to the request form. Please note that if any information is missing or incorrect, the delays caused may result in a re-collection being required.

NutriPATH require the following information as a minimum requirement in order for specimens to be processed.

• Patient Name
• Date of Birth
• Date of Collection
• Time of Collection
